Hi I am porting from EE to O2. I currently have an EE e-sim
I got a message from O2 saying the number has been ported. I see my EE number now in my O2 account online. But the network on my cellphone still shows it's EE. Do I need to just wait more? Or do I need to delete the e-sim and add a new e-sim even while the EE e-sim is 'working'  but showing EE as the provider.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.

You need  to contact O2.

If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help. Or call them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract)

4445 or 0344 809 0222 (PAYG)

You need to start by resetting your network settings and see what happens.

In theory, you should just automatically switch providers.

If you access your MyO2 can you see an option to install your esim?

If so, delete the EE esim and install the O2 one.
