Hello, 

I'm getting absolutely no data, and a bit upset trying to get help. 

Its not even patchy, soon as I leave house Ive got the bar graph and havent seen 4g for about a week maybe more. When is this fault going to be fixed? I use the phone for work, and need the coverage
