There are telephone numbers to call to request a replacement (another 🙄) sim
I'll give them to you below or social media BUT
IS THERE ANY CHANCE YOU COULD POP INTO AN O2 STORE?
I went in sometime ago now found them very helpful anyway here are a few contact numbers/places good luck

Hi There Tall trees. Thank you, I finally got hold of Customer services, who immediately unlocked my sim. Even though it was a replacement sim, it still needed unlocking. Though there has been many that said, even their own email to me, that I need to just put the sim in, it is ready to go.
