Can’t access MyO2. States there is a problem. Have transferred to O2 from Virgin months ago

A lot of these lately

Try to access online rather than the app

If you can log in then uninstall the app, reboot the phone and reinstall

If still a problem

Seems a common problem

Can you access https://accounts.o2.co.uk/

If so, delete the App, reboot the phone and reinstall.

Further than that contact O2 on 202
