Hi,

I have received 2 messages on phone and 3 emails saying about direct debits changing with my bank.

is this legit, want to make sure im not being hacked/scammed.

Almost certain legitimate

O2 are slowly moving people on to a new accounting system

Those moves mainly take place on Saturdays and Sundays A few of this type of post are appearing here
