For years, I have always received an email on the 6th of every month, to notify me of my next bill. I didn't receive an email on 6th March 2020 or again this month on 6th April 2020. Does anyone know why or can somebody direct me to the setting for email notification of bills.
Have never used a facility like this before, so I hope that someone out there can help me.

Go to My O2 on a PC
Click on More then preferences.
Check your options there.

Just checked and im getting both.
I have just noted, i get a text, aura and a email...
Have you checked your Spam folders, as this is the usual cause, or your email provider is blocking the incoming emails.

That's strange, you havent updated your notification prefernces with O2 by any chance, a recent upgrade where the questions are asked again. Sometimes people say not to any communications. Only thing i can think of that may have caused that, however getting in touch with the Customer services team can have it resoved.
