Hi, I upgrade my contact yesterday to a sim only ESIM - I went through the prompts to activate it on my phone. However I don’t think it has worked properly. I can’t access network or internet outside of WiFi now. Please can you assist urgently?

If you still have a physical sim in the phone, remove it and reboot to allow the esim to activate.
