I had an old Samsung S7 which started dropping calls about two weeks ago. This could be ten minutes into a call of ten seconds. People the other end could here me but I could not hear them.

I had a new sim card fitted by the 02 shop and the problem continued.

Yesterday I bought a new Galaxy A53 with another new sim and this morning the csalls are dropping again.

This happens at work, at home and out asnd about.

I was going to suggest the Samsung troubleshooter: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001240/ or to exchange your SIM, but your query shows you have same issues with a new phone and new SIM.

Is your signal good in those places, @Gripper? Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? O2's mobile app, My Network, can keep an eye on things for you and report to you and to O2 if you live or work in an O2 deadspot: https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

Odd one, right enough!
