I have not been able to access internet or apps using mobile (cellular data) since 4th March. I have been through O2 several times and they can't work out why - have done all the resets, changed SIM etc and still no joy. If I am not on wifi - I cannot get internet or apps on mobile data.

So O2 will contact me in 3-5 days apparently, am currently on chat to apple and they are a bit stuck too so can anyone else help??  The network is fine, resets don't work, new SIM is same problem, everything is set right etc etc

You need to contact O2 again.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
