how can i get confirmation about my account cancelation please.
tryed it via phone and just get passed from person to person and end up in a waiting list as long as a long thing

As a general rule, if you can still login to your MyO2 the account is still active. If not, it's been cancelled.
But you'll need to keep trying O2 for exact confirmation.
