can't access the app

i  moved from virgin media to

o2 a matter of months ago, still can't access the app or online when i log in it's saying i have no products with o2 when i currently had a contract and a disney plus add on but i'm unable to check any of this how can i access the app? when i log in it's saying it's unavailable to me for some reason

Can you log in using a browser @kazz98 ?
If yes, try deleting the app, reboot your phone and download again.

If not, you will need to get in touch with customer services.
