How can I block usage on my daughters phone when she has exceeded her data allowance?

If she is on a "normal" consumer contract (signed up either with o2 or a 3rd party) then it should stop.
If she is on PAYG then it will start using her credit once the bundle allowance has run out.
Not sure if you can stop data use after the bundle goes without not having a balance.
