after purchasing a phone from my friends dad it has now been blacklisted after several months,
i have his name and address and his o2 phone number, a screen shot of the confirmed blacklist by o2.
my question is how do i get support for this from o2 if the case is that he is commiting fraud by selling the phone and later declaring it as lost or stolen?
