Resolved! URL being blocked - who do I contact to get it fixed?

When on the O2 network https://social.lol is being blocked. If I switch on a VPN it works, when I switch to WiFi it works. When in the mobile network it’s blocked. Can we get websites added to their whitelist? Anyone know who to contact?
