I am in new Zealand and have paid for a bolt on for 500M 6-50, however I cannot use the internet . I haven't used any of the bolt on and need it for maps.

Help with ESIM

I have upgraded my phone and chose Esim but I am having trouble with the mobile data

My O2

I cannot log onto My O2 app. It is saying it is unavailable for myself. I have tried resetting my email. I also get sent a QR code to discuss the problem on whatsapp which I cannot use as I cannot access the app.

Not receveing text message since 29/02 1pm
