Calls to France drop before they connect.

I am on a montly tariff which includes Zone 1. I have been trying to call France for two days, every single time I key the number in and press connect the call is dropped before it connects. Why is this happening.

VM02 Website Desktop

I keep recieving phone calls saying from o2 that they are cancelling my sim and need to send me a new one Is this legit I cant find anything about it on the website 5 phone calls now and if u put the phone down thwy do ring you back
