Have you rebooted your handset to see if that helps, @Annie18?

Can I use WiFi and 4G Calling on Pay As You Go?

WiFi and 4G Calling isn’t available on Pay As You Go at the moment. It’s available to Pay Monthly Consumer and Business customers with compatible devices and services.
