Hi i have just ported my number from Vodafone to o2 and still using my Vodafone Samsung S10
I cant get my wifi calling back working and from other posts it looks like i need someone at o2 to make some changes to my account.
Hopefully someone can sort this as i must have this working asap.. thanks

O2 need to activate it on your account first, if not done so already.
Call them on any of these numbers Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Once that's done, you need to enable it in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
