The mother has a Samsung galaxy a15 5g. The wifi calling is turned on but is no longer working.
The wifi calling is working on my phone so I'll assume it isn't to do with the wifi or network provider
Help is much appreciated 😊

Not good news but not an O2 fault. Have had new BT fibre and Smart Hub 2 installed yesterday. Followed the guidance above from Mi and BT but to no avail. Reset everything back to original working, deleted all network details and reconfigured. The BT WiFi discs that I bought last week will still not connect to my O2 phones for VO WiFI calling and the 2.4GHz signal output is up and down like a yo yo. This is definately a BT problem which I am trying to pursue before I cut my losses and chuck them in the bin. Thanks for all your guidance, over and out.
