When I try to turn on Wi-Fi calling on my iPhone it says I need to call o2 to enable the service - not sure which number to call.

if I go via the O2 app it says the service is already enabled, but it is not in the phone. This used to work when before I was moved over from Virgin!?

O2 need to enable it on your account first, then you need to switch it on in your phone settings. Call O2 on 202 or try them via Social Media at the link just below, @JCS_El - good luck!

Customer service need to enable it on your account

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202
