Where do I find 'Device details' on My O2? I'm trying to enable WiFi calling and the instructions say to go to 'Device details' but I can't find it anywhere.

There are 3 stages to getting WiFi calling working @Luke_J and it is dependant on you being a pay monthly customer (either sim only or with a device).

First is customer services have to enable it on your account, so either call them on 202 or message on social media:

Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Next you have to turn it on in your account - log in to your My o2 and switch it on.

Finally turn it on on your phone (settings and menu will change with your phone).

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

No that does not help. It just takes you to a page where it tells you to go to the "Device Details" to enable Wifi calling.

Are you on PAYG, perchance, @Ian-Pugh? WiFi calling is only offered to Contract customers. MyO2 app shows different results depending on whether you are Contract or PAYG.

Can I use Wifi and 4G Calling on Pay As You Go?

Wifi and 4G Calling isn’t available on Pay As You Go at the moment. It’s available to Pay Monthly Consumer and Business customers with compatible devices and services.

Which problem - Device Details in MyO2? For Legacy billing system: Guide: How-to guide for My O2 and for new System 360 billing system - see @Enlli's reply further up this thread.

For WiFi Calling  enablement, assuming you are O2 Contract, with a suitable handset, see the marked solution above from @gmarkj.

Anything else, come back or start a new topic with the problem you are trying to crack, @whatever123.
