I HAVE JUST MOVED OVER FROM VODAFONE TO O2. IF I SEND AN I MESSAGE OR TRY TO CALL ON WIFI THERE IS A DIFFERENT NUMBER DISPLAYED FROM MY NUMBER THAT WAS CARRIED OVER. I AM UNABLE TO CHANGE THIS IN MY PHONE. I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO CONTACT O2 BUT THE VIRUTUAL ASSISTANT IS USELESS AND THERE ARE NO LIVE ASSISTANTS NOW. COULD THIS BE BECAUSE MY VODAFONE CONTRACT DOES NOT EXPIRE UNTIL 10TH FEB AND FOR THE WIFI CALLING IT HAS TO BE A DIFFERENT NUMBER UNTIL THIS DATE. DOES ANYONE KNOW.

@AUDSALEXA If you're now on an O2 contract WiFi calling needs to be enabled from O2's end. Did you give O2 a PAC from Vodafone to keep your number?
You need to speak to customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
