Since changing my tariff with O2 my visual voicemail on my iPhone 13 has stopped working I’ve tried resetting I’ve tried Apple Support but nothing is fixing the problem
I’ve made several call to O2 but have got nowhere

You need to get O2 to add the iData bolt on to your account.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
