I’ve just rang 901 to see why I’m not seeing any new voice messages, and was surprised to be told that I had seven new messages. They normally show up in a list but I have had none for a few days. As far as I know, I have not changed anything on my phone, so do not understand why this has changed.

BTW - currently waiting for a response from someone on MyO2 app, after waiting over 25 minutes. Tried using the support bot on website, which was rubbish. Not impressed.

Is your mobile data on and working?
Is your data apn set to iData.
Have you changed tariff?
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Well this isn't o2 customer services and the chat on the phone is demand responsive and not really live chat, and 25minutes isn't bad to be honest...
Make sure you have the APN set as idata.o2.co.uk
Also check that you have mobile data turned on, as VVM doesnt work with out it.
