Where has the online customer services chat thing gone?
I clicked the link for "ask out virtual assistant:"and have ended up here on a forum.

Have 02 took away their virtual assistant / online chat function? I definitely recall it in the past. Just find it very annoying when companies make it so hard to get in touch with customer services.
