Hello i have recently signed up to a new contract with O2 and i have been waiting for the verification email to setup my account but nothing has arrived. I have check my spam and and every other folder in my emails and I have also clicked the "resend" button but nothing has arrived yet. I have also checked and double checked that the email is correct. Is the email coming via carrier pidgeon?
Is this a known fault?
Can you please send me a verifictaion email.
