Hi, I recently started using my O2 pay and go sim but my VPN won't connect on the mobile network. It works fine on WiFi but as soon as I leave the house it won't connect. It works on Tesco mobile which uses O2 and works on EE. I've tried resetting my network settings, reinstalling my VPN but still no joy. Any ideas for what to try next. AM

What errors does your VPN client show, what is in the logs ? What VPN is it?
Have you reached out either your work IT or the VPN Provider?
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

My VPN is Bitdefender. I am currently waiting on a reply to last email. No error message or code. It just keeps disconnecting as soon as it connects. Over and over so I have to turn it off. Works fine on WiFi.

Hi, previous VPN connection problems seem to be sorted for now. Think it was down to a mast being down in my area.
