Dear O2.
I do not want to watch videos on how to find something as basic as a VAT invoice. your billing site is the worst ever. All small business owners need is a big button - down load vat invoice.
even logging in the user interface is needing some serious work. I use a password manager and have to reset my password every time.
I still do no thave my vat invoice and it's 20 minutes.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
