Solved: Upgrade online without access to verification text

I'm trying to pay for an upgrade on my phone however my current phone is broken and the website is saying it needs to send me a verification text message. I can't access this, is there any other way to place this order online?

You can put your sim an any other suitable phone to receive the text or call O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
