I've recently found an extra charge that I wasn't aware that I have been paying so I'm not sure how long it's been active. It's a charge from google play for £11.99 under "digital goods" but when I try to cancel it on the play store nothing shows up under subscriptions for that amount meaning I am unable to cancel the payment. I have no idea what it's for and cant seem to cancel it from the O2 app/website so I'd appreciate any advice or help as to what I can do from here. Thanks.

@R-A-J You need to speak to customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

You need to call O2 and ask them to place a bar to charge to mobile on your account.
In fact ask them to bar all 'direct to bill debits'

You'll need to speak to Google to cancel the payment.
O2 just bill what Google passes on to them.

Also speak to google support via the help pages on play.google.com and they can usually find out what its for quite quickly...
