Hi, I had an 02 number for my son which I no longer have. However I have ported my number from EE to 02. Now when I try to log into my 02 to update it with my new details it sends a code to the old number. I now need to access my new account via the phone number or a random email address that they have given me as my normal email address is already in use. I've tried to call them to discuss but I get so far then it says try online. I know its a trivial problem but it's quite frustrating.

Thanks

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
