Unable to search on Google or chrome

For the last 2 days I have been unable to do any searches on Google or chrome, it won't open at all. My email keeps shutting down aswell when trying to open emails. Plus my apps are starting to play up aswell. I have done several restarts and full shut offs but nothing is working help

If you have a good backup, assuming to Google Drive if Android, then a full factory reset may be needed, @Mc41276 - instructions are usually phone make or model specific. If that fails to fix it, then your phone's memory device may be just past it, and a new phone is on the cards...
