Hi
I'm a recent Virgin Media and long time O2 customer. I've seen the adverts for Volt upgrades but when I go to request them I'm in a loop between O2 and Virgin sites.
Both accounts are in my name and same address, anyone know how to fix this to allow for the upgrades?
