Transferring number from another network

Hi I have just joined O2 PAYG after recently finishing my EE monthly contract. I have been trying to get my number transferred using my PAC code online but keep having issues with it saying (oops there has been a problem) any ideas anyone please it's driving me nuts now!

You need to contact O2.

@ems20_0  Follow the advice above from @Cleoriff and also be aware that O2 doesn't port numbers on the weekend. 

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
