Hi, I am a Virgin customer and have been transferred to O2 - I have been sent a new sim. I have four phones - which phone is the sim for or can I use it with any of them?

Your 'track my order' info says that the sim is compatible with 5 g only, but all but one of the four phones is not 5 g compatible. Can I use the sim in my non 5 g devices?

Your instructions say to swap sims, go to My O2. I can't get into My O2 as it is demanding a text code and the code is not coming through, possibly because you're not fully supporting the old Sim (I rely on wifi calling for texts due to poor mobile coverage)... how do I get round this?

One of the phones is with my Son in Bristol. Please reassure me that his phone is not going to suddenly cease working whilst sorting this issue out.

I would like some clear instructions please.

Virgin should have told you which number required a new SIM.

Have all the phones transferred as they should be showing  O2 at the top not Virgin if they have.

I can only suggest you contact O2 as this is a community forum made up of customers like yourself.

You canMessage O2 on

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB)

Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) ,

they should be able to help you.

5G SIM cards will work happily in a 4G phone.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
