Tracking phone repair

Hello, I recently sent my phone for repair, I sent the phone through special delivery so I could track it through Royal Mail and it arrived in England on Thursday 5th Jan. (I live in Northern Ireland). However since the phone arriving I have had no updates on the situation and I am unable to track the phone through the email sent from o2 as it won’t work. I am wondering due Covid-19 is this a usual length of time for repair or is this unusual? And if so who would I contact about my phone. Thanks in advice.

You need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying Upgrade to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
