I have received the email regarding the delivery date of my new device on the 20th August 2024 and it hasn't arrived yet and I can't wait in all day again as I have today as I have commitments i have to attend the rest of the week, i have been trying to track my order but can't find it on my O2 app. I would appreciate if you could give me an update on where my order is and whether it will arrive today or not. Thank you.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

this has happened to me I ordered my device on Saturday the 17th August told me I would receive my order today 20/8/24 however nothing has arrived and my o2 says I have no orders etc? any advice or help ?\
