Hello my payment for my roll over was missed and I thought I was paying it by topping up but clearly that was a mistake can you please take the £20 top up I just made and put it for the payment of my monthly roll over plan please

The short answer is no.
Rolling plans must be paid by your registered card on a continuous payment authority.
The top up you've added can only be used as additional credit for out of allowance charges.
