i just topped up my phone £15 and £12 has been used for the ultimate bundle, which I didn’t want because I’m already within my monthly subscription which I paid about a week ago, please could you refund back to my account

There's no refunds on PAYG, sorry.

All PAYG tariffs are bundles and cannot be removed.

Look at other providers for basic PAYG such as giffgaff or 1pMobile

You can cancel the ultimate bolt on in your MyO2 or by calling 4445.
