Hi , l have a brand new Samsung galaxy A54. I can't send text to some of my contacts. All other contacts are fine. Tried speaking to someone at o2 they told me to do a reset, which made no difference. Please can you help, thanks.
One scenario when this happens can be a restriction on the account. It can happen if the phone converts the message to MMS and the spend cap is set to zero
Download a different sms app from play store to prove if it is an account or phone issue.
