Does anyone know how I can stop text messages being sent twice.
Also I am having real trouble contacting O2. I keep getting sent a QR code but I cannot log onto the My O2 app to use it. Message is saying My O2 is unavailable to me.
Any suggestions apart from phoning. I tried that and was on hold for an hour with no success.

If using the app, try deleting, rebooting phone and then reinstall the app.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.

Unlikely that you'd get help in store, but may be worth a last resort try.
