Hi,
I have just upgraded my tariff which will start this month. I chose 30gb over my current 12gb from the list. I also received an email confirming "30gb" of data, unlimited texts and calls. However, on the website it tells me the new tariff will be changing to 15gb??? Should I just ignore this and it will become 30gb?
Also, I will be getting a new 5G phone within the next month or so, will this tariff let me access 5G when I switch my sim over or do I need to pay more / get a new sim? (I'm on a sim only tariff)

I've checked the shop and can't see a 30GB sim only tariff, so you need to call O2 on any number in this guide

As for 5G, all O2 sims are now 5G so you don't have to pay any extra for it.

However, once I accept it, it says updating to 15gb on the website but an email confirms 30gb. Very strange, I'll have to call the number tomorrow.

The same has happened to me, I've upgrade to 30GB and on my account it says 15GB once done. I even have the confirmation email.
Did you get anywhere with o2?
