Hi,

I have a few O2 numbers on my account and wanted to move accross two EE numbers via PAC / number porting. I had a message today saying the port has been done.

On both number transferred to O2, the EE sim is still active and receiving some calls and all SMS.

Please can someone help.
I’ve tried through customer service.

@O2Emma @O2Waqas

thanks

Bhavesh

The O2 advisers on the community were withdrawn in July so unfortunately you need to persevere with customer service

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

I’m on the phone lines but they don’t understand the issue 🤦‍♂️.
