I was moved from Virgin Media to O2 for my mobile. Since then my mobile signal in my home is virtually nonexistent. I am constantly being told there is no issue. I recently took out a new contract with O2 after being assured the issues were being resolved . Up to now nothing has changed. Can you please advise why I am paying for a poor quality of service. I should not be walking around my own home trying to find a signal. I rely on my mobile, but at the moment it is no use to me when I an indoors.

@Ell2

Did you get a new O2 sim?

If not, pop in store with photo ID to get a free swap.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
