I got my new upgrade phone on Friday and also requested a new sim card as my old one was not 5G compatible.  I couldn't do the sim swap to activate the new sim card with my existing number via the website or text so I rang and did it on the helpline.

It's now been 60 hours and my old sim card still has service and the new sim card has still not activitated.  I've tried taking both sims out, turning both phones off, etc but nothing has worked so far.

It's not supposed to take longer than 24 hours so not sure why its taking so long.
