My area is completely fine for signal but unfortunately I am having signal issues. I have tried resetting the phone and network as suggested by 02.

Some help here

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

You've mentioned your signal is fine but you're having signal issues. I suspect by this you mean that your phone displays good coverage indicators but you're having problems using some particular services?

Have you looked at https://status.o2.co.uk/ to see if there are known issues?

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@japitts

You probably need to tag @Nicole123. I wondered if the problem was that the signal is normally fine but not at the moment, say because of maintenance work or a mast being temporarily out of commission. However, we just don't know.
