Hey there - For the last 24hrs my phone signal and data have not been working at all. I can't get calls or anything and it's driving me mad as I am abroad and really really need my phone.
Can you please help me resolve this ? When i click on the mobile data in settings it says " set up mobile services" I've tried everything. And nothing is fixing the issue. Please help me out here.

Some things to try:
Manually search for another network
Turn off 5g
Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account. Do this via social media
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help.
