I have purchased a tp link router and cannot get it to connect to my o2 broadband. I have spent hours on the phone to o2 and to tplink. I have entered all settings as instructed and nothing! Has anyone done this before? O2 gave me the username and password which I set up as a PPPoE connection with VPI set to 0 and VCL set to 150 as instructed. I currently have no other way to get online at home so rather desperate for help.

I'm assuming that the O2 broadband comes with modem. Correct me if wrong. Can you connect to the broadband direct from laptop using Ethernet cable? I'm assuming you have a laptop and cable (soz if not the case)

Phone: Motorola G100, 128GB, Android 12, SIMO 20Gb
Broadband: Virgin 350Mb, Tp-Link Router - Deco S4
