I was with Virgin before the change and although my phone says MEO with a reasonable signal I can't get any internet . Have tried NOS and Vodphone but says no signal. Any advice/

These are some tips to try :
Reboot phone.
Manually search for a different network
If using an iPhone, change data apn to mobile.o2.co.uk
Call customer service to check for any roaming bars
Or if you message O2 using the social media links below, they should be able to help you with this

Thanks for this. Didn't get very far with 02 on Twitter DMs. I've followed your advice and no luck, however just to check. On the APN data setting should there be a user name/password under mobile.02.co.uk? Also when I type mobile.o2.co.uk do I press reset services or just leave the page . I'm on an Iphone.

Again , many thanks however hasn't helped . I got a text from O2 when I landed about roaming and I’ve used .4gb so I’m not sure if it worked then something happened or if it’s never worked . I’ll have to phone or have another go on their social media to see if they can help
