Hi I have a Samsung Galaxy S21.

I saved some very important voicemail messages from 6th & 27th September. When I went into my voicemails this week to listen to them, they had gone! I havent deleted them. Is there any way I can recover / find them?

I rang O2 who said they dont hold them on their server and they would be on my phone if anywhere?

Any help to recover them would be greatly appreciated!!

@Jules76

You have to keep saving them every 7 days or they will be deleted.

If you hadn't backed them up, they are gone forever unfortunately, sorry.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
